GB Training is our own in house training company providing training for Greenbanks staff; training is also available for external individuals and organisations (please contact for full details).

Our induction program for new care staff is structured in accordance with regulatory service standards and includes a three day in-house programme, which covers the following:

Basic Food Hygiene

Medication
This also includes shadowing by an experienced carer.
